Head of People
Emma joined Dignus in July 2021 as Head of People, with responsibility for HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development.
Emma is a CIPD qualified HR professional with over 10 years' experience developed in the Financial, Recruitment and Healthcare sectors.
Emma has spent her first 12 months with Dignus building a new HR team and implementing processes and procedures to support the wider business deliver the company strategies and performance objectives.
Recruitment Coordinator
Owen joined the Dignus Team in May 2022 as Recruitment Coordinator. He has over 4 years' experience in the recruitment industry, developing knowledge within the construction and healthcare sector.
One of Owen's proudest recruitment achievements was recruiting over 30,000 vaccinators for St John Ambulance to help try and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Owen's role as recruitment coordinator consists of sourcing skilled and talented staff and placing them within our services. In his free time Owen likes to travel and spend time with his family.
Recruitment Coordinator
Mani joined Dignus Group in February 2022 as a Recruitment Coordinator. He has been in the recruitment industry for over 5 years and developed his knowledge in the education sector, where he worked and studied at Walsall College before moving into the Healthcare industry.
One of Mani's biggest achievements was recruiting over 200 students from China for one cohort which smashed the previous record of 45!
Mani loves to travel and play sport in his spare time.
